In this project, I took on the roles of shooting b-roll for a "Welcome Day" event at Ridgewater College with a new co-worker, and I also coached the co-worker through her first video editing project.
My responsibilities included:

B-Roll Shoot: Surveying the event for activities that portrayed the exciting atmosphere of "Welcome Day".

Video Direction Guidance: Instructing my new co-worker to reflect the fun nature of the event through the video she edited.

Editing Support: Sitting beside my co-worker patiently, answering any question she had, and giving her tips when she struggled.
Outcome: The final video showcased the event and Ridgewater College in a positive light. It emphasized the college's fun campus events and atmosphere. Through this project and my assistance, my co-worker felt confident to continue editing project independently in the future.
